Alexandra Creedon
SERVICE MANAGER

Born in Nottingham UK, Alexandra grew up between the Albertan prairies and the south shore of Nova Scotia.
Alex’s career in hospitality started at age 15 with 4 consecutive summers of scooping ice cream and flipping burgers at The Big Moo Ice Cream Parlour in Sylvan Lake, AB. After getting a taste for kitchen work, she then spent her summers in college cooking at her childhood summer camp.
Fast forward a few years and a theatre diploma later, Alex moved to Vancouver in 2021 to attend the Grand Diploma program at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. There her love for the hospitality industry was truly born. During her time at culinary school, Alex worked as a server at a number of esteemed Vancouver restaurants including Ancora False Creek and Chambar Restaurant.
Upon graduating from PICA in September 2022, Alex joined Published’s pastry team as a part-time pastry cook. During her year and a half in the kitchen, Alex grew into the role of pastry Chef de Partie.
In the beginning of 2024, Published was looking to create a new collaborative management position between front & back of house. With her previous experience in FOH & her knowledge of Published’s food philosophy, it was a perfect fit.
Outside of Published, Alex is an avid skier, having spent 4 winters in her teenage years working as a ski instructor. When she’s not on the slopes, you can find her on the hunt for Vancouver’s best croissant.
