Published on Main is bringing back Burgundy Week—a nine-day celebration of one of the world’s most revered wine regions. Running from Saturday, February 15th through Sunday, February 23rd, this event highlights the nuances of Burgundian wines with an exclusive selection curated by Wine Director Jayton Paul.
After recently pouring at the Burgundy En Primeur tasting in Hong Kong, Jayton has assembled a lineup featuring bottles like—Domaine Duroché, Maison Leroy, and Armand Rousseau—wines that command attention. Whether you’re looking for an everyday sipper or a rare, sought-after pour, our list offers something for every level of wine enthusiast.
This year, Burgundy Week will feature both bottle and by-the-glass offerings, showcasing the remarkable diversity of the region. From mineral-driven whites to expressive, terroir-focused reds, these wines pair seamlessly with Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson’s menu.
For those with well-stocked cellars or a special bottle waiting for the right moment—this is it. We’re offering half-priced corkage fees (regularly $50, now only $25!) for anyone who brings their own bottle of Burgundy. A great way to celebrate Burgundy—whether from our list or your own collection.

Join us for the 2025 iteration of Dine Out Vancouver!
We’re excited to participate in this event for the very first time. Our Seven Course tasting menu will showcase some of the incredible work that our kitchen does everyday, including a few dishes that are exclusive to this menu.
