Spring Half Tasting Menu- "Sage"
Our Sage menu is a shorter tasting experience built around the same ideas as our current Green menu; seasonal cooking, thoughtful sourcing, and a focus on ingredients at their peak. While Green offers a longer experience, Sage captures that same spirit in fewer courses, with a slightly lighter footprint.
This five-course menu is designed for nights when you want a more casual experience but still want the intention and care behind every dish to shine through. You’ll move through a concise progression of seasonal plates, each one grounded in the produce and flavours we’re most excited about right now.
The Sage menu will be available Sunday to Thursday until June 19th and your experience will last approximately two hours. As always, the menu may shift regularly with the ingredients that come through our door.

We’re happy to offer an alternative menu tailored to most dietary restrictions with sufficient notice.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate vegan, celiac, egg-free, or butter-free menus. To ensure we can meet your needs, please reach out to the restaurant directly before making a reservation.
We require at least 72 hours’ notice for dietary requests and can accomodate a limited number of special menus each evening. Additionally, we can only accommodate one dietary request per booking.

We can hold your table for up to 15 minutes. After that, we may not be able to accommodate your reservation, as it affects the next seating. For tasting menu experiences, late arrivals may result in missed courses or a transition to an à la carte menu, with your spend credited toward your meal.
