Spring Tasting Menu - "Green"

We’re pleased to welcome back Green, our seasonal tasting menu inspired by the arrival of Spring. This menu reflects the energy of the season through the colour that defines it. Fresh, vibrant, and full of life.

This menu draw from the soil, the forest, and the ocean, highlighting the ingredients that begin to appear at this time of year. Our approach is simple and thoughtful, allowing the character of each ingredient to come through clearly on the plate.

As you move through the menu, you’ll experience a progression of flavours that showcase what we look forward to cooking with each Spring. Each course builds on the one before it, creating a natural connection between the landscape, the season, and the meal as a whole.

Your tasting experience consists of a ten-course menu, lasting approximately two and a half to three hours. The evening begins with a Tasting Menu exclusive snack experience, followed by a progression of dishes that highlight the flavours of the season. As with all our menus, Green will continue to evolve, responding to what becomes available to use throughout the season. Each visit will allow a slightly different expression of the season, guided by our producers and mother nature herself.

At this time, we are unable to accommodate the following allergies or dietary preferences for this menu: shellfish, pescatarian, allium, gluten, dairy, egg, vegetarian, or vegan menus.

To ensure we can best assess your needs, we kindly ask that you contact the restaurant directly prior to making a reservation. We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for dietary requests and can accommodate a limited number of special menus each evening. Please note that only one dietary request can be accommodated per booking.

We can hold your table for up to 15 minutes. After that, we may not be able to accommodate your reservation, as it affects the next seating. For tasting menu experiences, late arrivals may result in missed courses or a transition to an à la carte menu, with your spend credited toward your meal.

At this time, we are unable to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, celiac, egg-free, gluten-free or dairy-free menus. To ensure we can meet your needs, please reach out to the restaurant directly before making a reservation.
